The Bavaria 56 Cruiser model has undoubtedly brought the biggest revolution in our little fleet; first we got Baby Blue in 2015, and her success was so instant that for the next season we got her a twin sister, Lunja (2016).

This is one of the biggest of all Bavaria models, specially designed for luxury sailing yacht charter and a perfect choice for both large groups or guests who like more space and stability.

The interior consists of 4 double and one bunk bed cabin, 3 heads, a spacious kitchen and a wide salon area. In addition, there is a separated skipper's cabin with a head and entrance from the deck, so she is also a perfect choice for skippered charters of our guests who prefer extra privacy. Baby Blue and Lunja can accommodate up to 11 people, but for more space and comfort, the two bow cabins can be converted into one big master cabin transforming them into luxury owner version yachts. Lunja’s skipper cabin has 2 beds – so she is perfect for groups that hire both a skipper and a hostess for their sailing week. And Baby Blue’s salon table is a bit bigger than the one in Lunja. If it weren’t for these two minor differences, we could say that they are identical twin sisters.

Generally, the Bavaria 56 Cruiser is an impressive, powerful yacht, with a strong engine, high mast and mighty sails. She has twin helms with twin rudders and regardless of her size and weight, she is very easy to handle and delightful to sail. With the help of a bow thruster when docking, and roll sails when sailing, any skillful skipper can sail her without any help. Safe anchoring is ensured with 85 meters of 12 millimeters chain and a massive anchor (that can be operated both from the cockpit and from the bow).

The dinghy is very practical to use since it is stored under the cockpit, leaving the deck area open and free for sunbathing and relaxing in the sun or under sails. The spacious and comfortable cockpit area is protected from both the sun, for hot summer days, and from wind during cold winter nights, and the convertible stern platform opens up so much extra space for lying in the sun and jumping in the sea.

As for the interior design, she is outstandingly robust and stylish, with modern forms that make her a genuinely beautiful yacht. Air-conditioning and heating ensure a pleasant on-board feeling throughout the year, and the inbuilt generator allows you to use all appliances regardless of where you are and whether you are connected to the shore power or not.

Now, Baby Blue and Lunja are not just any Bavaria 56 model; when we prepare them for charter, we try to think of things that would make your sailing adventure as comfortable and carefree as possible. We spend a lot of time sailing on our boats ourselves, so everything is ready to use and practical. The kitchen is open and inviting, equipped with everything needed for cooking and serving delicious meals during your time on board.
